Tickled Pink - Noddy uses a magic spell to make him the funniest joke-teller in town. Unfortunately the spell gets out of control and soon everyone he meets laughs uncontrollably and turns pink. Above It All - Sly and Gobbo break one promise too many over their bad behavior. Mr. Plod warns them not to set foot in town until they're willing to behave. To get around this, they ride into town on a cloud. With the help of Noddy's airplane, the two are brought down to earth and realize that they should keep their word.
