Snagged by a Thread - On a visit to Tai-Tai's Dowager Aunt, Sagwa is belittled by the Aunt's cat, Gunji. When their arguing leads to a rambunctious chase throughout the palace, a special pillow is torn apart. Gunji, wrapped in yarn, looks guilty to all until Sagwa raises her thread-bound paw, revealing her role in the incident. Master of Mistakes -Sheegwa is impatient while practicing her calligraphy because she thinks that she will never be as good as Sagwa. Meanwhile, the Foolish Magistrate's daughters are having trouble perfecting their cooking, musical and pottery skills as well. Everyone thinks that there is no use trying and that they should just give up. After some important lessons from the Master of Mistakes, the three daughters and Sheegwa realizes that the only way to perfect their skills is to keep learning from their mistakes.
