American Women Saints

AMERICAN WOMEN SAINTS is a two-part, comprehensive, animated, historical documentary series focusing on two iconic women who were the first American Catholic saints: Elizabeth Ann Seton and Frances Xavier Cabrini. Using first person narration in modern language, these films present the untold stories of strong, smart, and driven women. These saints epitomized how to use faith, passion and entrepreneurial skill to do good works for humanity as they founded Orders of religious women, schools, and orphanages. The saints' lives are a testament to resilience in overcoming adversity. They are powerful female role models in our contemporary world. The series uses a unique impressionistic animation style that is highly engaging - using artworks from various sources, to tell their stories.
