Internationally popular Irish chef Donal Skehan travel around Ireland in search of great food and adventure. Having lived in Los Angeles for three years, he was delighted to return home and see how much the food scene had changed in a comparatively short period: "it just keeps getting better and better!". As well as meeting great hosts, chefs and food producers, Donal visits places he has never been to before in his own country and sees some of the great things normally enjoyed by tourists.
