MYTHS & MONSTERS is a new six-part documentary series sharing stories that have gripped imaginations for centuries. Host Nicholas Day (New Tricks, Midsomer Murders, Murder Maps) reveals the fascinating and unexpected history behind both classic and lesser-known tales that have survived the ages. Added perspective is provided through interwoven imagery and interviews with historic and literary experts including: Professor Diane Purkiss, Keble College, Oxford; Dr. Liz Gloyn, Royal Holloway, University of London; Dr. Joanne Shortt Butler, University of Cambridge; Dr. Miles Leeson and Dr. Paul Quinn, University of Chichester; and, Professor Andrew Teverson, Kingston University.
