Bill Mackey es un arquitecto, artista, y educador que vive y trabaja en Tucson. Él recibió una beca “New Works” de parte de la Arts Foundation for Tucson and Southern Arizona en 2016 para trabajar en un proyecto sobre la “Old Nogales Highway.” La cerretera solía ser una ruta directa a la ciudad de Nogales y la frontera, pero la interestatal 19 ahora cruza por la ciudad de Green Valley.
