Republicans make up 34.67 percent of Arizona voters, nonparty voters make up 33.31 percent, and Democrats are 30.99 percent as of April 2019, according to the Arizona secretary of state's office.

In Pima County, Democrats are the dominant party. The Arizona secretary of state report shows independents and then Republicans are the next largest political parties in the county.
The overall number of voters in the state dropped slightly since January. Officials with the Arizona secretary of state's office said that is normal and can be attributed to maintenance of the voter rolls and the natural flow of people moving in and out of the state.
