"Ruby's Studio: The Safety Show," offers kids age-appropriate language and tools to keep themselves safe with an empowering, non-fearful approach. Curriculum developed and guided by Child Safety expert, Pattie Fitzgerald. Skills explored: Trust Your "Uh-Oh Feeling": learn to trust your internal barometer of right and wrong; Check First with your Safe Adult before going anywhere unexpected; Get Smart About Getting Lost: what to do if you get separated; Be the Boss of Your Body: no one should touch you in any way you don't like. Featuring: "Safety Wristband" craft - kids make colorful duct tape bracelets with their safe adult's phone number on the inside, just in case they get lost; "Boss of My Body" music video - drill teams and hip-hop dancers empower kids to stand up for their own personal boundaries; "A Little Story About Safety" animation - adorable Hugo Hippo learns to make safe choices during a day at the community pool.
