Nanalympics: Mona learns the value of exercise. - Nana is in the backyard working out. She loves to exercise. She turns off the music and we can hear Mona in the house watching TV with Russell. Nana decides that they should be outside exercising too. Mona says she is too tired, and Nana replies that with exercise Mona will feel energized. She explains that first she needs to dress properly. We are in the backyard and Mona is in her leotard. They start exercising by stretching high like a giraffe and bending low to the grass. They continue to exercise until Mr. Wooka hears the noises and peeks his head in. They all jog over to his yard and tell him they are exercising, and he says that is quite a coincidence, since that is what today's puppet show is all about. Puppet Show: A penguin in the Arctic loves to exercise. Next door there lives an out of shape polar bear. The bear loves to chase the penguin, but he didn't have the strength to follow him up the hill. The penguin decides to help the polar bear and teaches him how to exercise. After his exercise the polar bear is able to climb to the top of the hill. Nana invites Mr. Wooka over to exercise. Later on, when everyone is dressed in their workout gear, Nana declares the Nana Olympics have begun. The first event is musical chairs. Mona wins. The second event is a potato sack race. There is a tie between Russell and Mona. Nana gives them all medals for being number one. She praises them for all their hard work. Mr. Wooka comments on how much more energy he has. Nana says there is one more thing they must exercise: their brains. It is time for a story. Story Time: Jumping Makes Me Happy. - A frog teaches the importance of exercise. Nana has one more surprise. Mona gets dressed up in her tutu, and they all go outside. Nana has prepared a party. Nana tells Mona that another way to exercise is to dance. Russell and Mona dance together and Mr. Wooka shows up and Nana and him start to dance together. Mom arrives to take Mona home and they dance to the car.
