Then Tracy has always wanted to be a high flier . Savannah is a great teacher, but Tracy is very anxiuos to fly over T ippy Toppy Peak. When Herky and Snuffy get the impression that Tracy a lready is a high flier, they send her on a mission over the peak befor e she is ready.
