Predict My Future: The Science of Us

Beginnings Count - A Lot

Season 1, Episode 1 of 4

This episode introduces the Dunedin Longitudinal Study. It examines myths and facts surrounding long-term effects of childhood. While this study shows that some of what happens in early life has no lasting influence (thumb sucking, bedwetting), it also points out how important the early years can be in a number of areas that really do count.
