The Goblins trick Noddy into believing that he broke some dishes that were already broken. Noddy is having a clumsy day and things and peopl e are getting knocked around. Noddy learns to make things right by say ing "I'm sorry" in Mandarin. Clockwork Mouse is tired of being so litt le, so he uses Mr. Jumbo's plant growing spray to make himself bigger. He grows until he is the size of a giant, but decides he regrets it. Then Whizz teaches Noddy how to say "little" and "big" in Mandarin whi le pointing out objects in Toy Town. During the Music Video, "Noddy Wi ll Lead the Way," Noddy and his friends sing about all the different p eople in Toy Town.
