This live-action program follows the exploits of Wishbone the dog and his human friends, Joe, David and Samantha through their adventures in their hometown of Oakdale. Wishbone's everyday experiences trigger hi s imagination and he finds himself in scenes from classic works of lit erature. In this episode, Wishbone is falsely accused so he and the ki ds team up as detectives to prove his innocence. Meanwhile, Wishbone a s Sherlock Holmes, investigates an alleged canine criminal in Sir Arth ur Conan Doyle's "The Hound of the Baskervilles."
