The gang is excited because today is the Sidewalk Scoot! However, Shades needs a lesson in bike safety, with his reckless riding and belief that helmets aren't cool. Lottie, on the other hand, takes bike safety so seriously that she is afraid to ride her bike and needs a boost of self-confidence. Will they be able to help each other and join the rest of their friends for the big bike ride to the park?
