Noddy the Artist - Big-Ears encourages Noddy to learn to paint. Everyone offers him different advice and soon Noddy looses confidence. Big-Ears explains that it's o.k. to try something new, even if the results aren't perfect. Noddy's Clothes on the Loose - The Goblins put a spell on Noddy's clothes and makes them come alive. They use the empty clothing to cause a night time of mischief and Noddy gets blamed. Noddy and Dinah Doll set a trap to catch the Goblins.
