It's Basil Wombat's birthday and plans are underway for a surprise party at the playhouse. Basil loves fire trucks, so SeeMore has arranged to have a fire engine-themed party. The other characters struggle to keep the secret as they bake Basil's cake, prepare his decorations and await the arrival of a real live firefighter to teach everyone important rules of fire safety.
