Mister Rogers puts on the bear costume, and Mr. McFeely brings a videotape showing how people make stuffed bears. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe one of the Neighbors plans a surprise with a bear costume. Mister Rogers reassures viewers that costumes change how people look, but only on the outside.
